1. Our Sources
Provider listings in Find Care are built from public professional sources — the U.S. National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES) and published professional registers — plus information practitioners give us directly and corrections from the community.
2. What We Display
We hold and display professional business information only: name, credentials, specialty, practice name and address, business phone and website. We do not publish personal contact details, and registry emails and licence data are never shown publicly.
3. Correcting or Removing a Listing
If you’re listed and want something changed or removed:
- —Use “Report a correction” on your listing
- —Claim your listing to manage it directly
- —Or email support@lipedemaclinic.org
Removal requests are honoured.
