About Dr. Jonie Girouard
Dr. Jonie is Medical Director at Dr Girouard's Weight Loss & Wellness Clinics, which she joined in 2012, and is Board Certified in Family Medicine and in Obesity Medicine. She is also the founder and Medical Director of Lipedema Clinic, the global platform supporting women with lipedema. A Wyoming native, she earned her B.S.E. in Biomedical Engineering and her M.D. at the University of Iowa and completed her Family Medicine residency in 2002; her focus is disease prevention and wellness through innovative treatment.
