Being listed is free, and claiming your listing is free. Beyond that there are two paid plans. Pro is $29 per practitioner per month, or $99 a month for a whole location with unlimited practitioners — whichever of those two is cheaper. Max, for surgical and multi-location practices, is $299 per provider per month; it is priced per provider rather than per practice, so each clinician gets their own full profile and the $99 location price never applies to it. Two Max providers at one address is $598.

Between three and four practitioners. Three practitioners at one location is $87, which is still under $99, so $87 is what you pay. A fourth would be $116 at $29 a head, so the $99 location price takes over instead and you save $17. From the fourth onwards every additional practitioner is included at no extra charge — there is no head-count limit of any kind, so a twelve-person clinic pays $99 and so does an eighty-person one.

No. There is nothing to choose and nothing to switch to, because there is no separate clinic plan to be on. Every month, for each of your locations, billing works out both figures — $29 times the number of practitioners listed there, and the $99 location price — and charges you the cheaper one automatically. Add a fifth practitioner and you are not suddenly on the wrong plan. Drop back to two and you go back to paying $58. You cannot pick wrong, because you are not picking.

No. Each address is priced on its own, so two locations that have both reached the location price is $198 a month, not $99. The cap is a location discount and never a brand or group discount: a practice with five addresses gets five separate caps. It works in your favour too — a satellite with two practitioners is billed at $58 for that address while your main clinic sits at $99, so you are never paying $99 for a location that has not reached it.

No. Billing groups by billing account and location together, never by address alone. Two unrelated practitioners who happen to list the same street address — which is normal in a shared medical office building — are two separate accounts, so they get two separate bills of $29 each. Not one bill for $58, and above all not one shared $99 that neither of them has any way to split. Four of you and four of them at the same address is $99 each, $198 in total.

Two months free — twelve months for the price of ten. That is $290 a year per Pro practitioner ($29 x 10), $990 a year per location ($99 x 10) and $2,990 a year per Max provider ($299 x 10). The two free months apply to the location price as well as the per-person one, and the discount is taken on what you are actually charged, so a ten-practitioner location pays $990 for the year rather than ten months of the per-head figure.

Contesting a review you believe is untrue is free on every plan, including a free listing, and it always will be. It is a right rather than a feature: you cannot buy a better outcome and you cannot lose the route by not paying. Publishing a public reply is a different thing, and that is part of the paid plans from Pro up, because it is using this platform to publish your own words underneath the review. So paying is never what lets you object to a review — it is what lets you answer one in public.

Removing, hiding, editing or reordering a review. Changing your star rating. The Verified by LC badge, which is earned through engagement with our education and verification and is a separate programme from these plans. The full range of reviews, the critical ones included, always stays visible. A paid plan buys presentation; it does not buy moderation, and it never will.

Yes. Being listed is free, claiming your listing is free, and patients never pay to search, read reviews or contact you. An unpaid listing stays findable: it appears in directory search and in list results whether it is claimed, on a paid plan, or neither. Its reviews stay visible too, and so does the right to contest one.

Yes, and that is the $99 location price, not $29. The clinic page is the location, so a subscribed practice listing is charged the location price whether or not anyone is listed individually beneath it — billing it as a single head would sell an entire clinic page for the price of one practitioner. If practitioners at that location are also on Pro, the location price is already being paid and they do not add to it: the clinic page plus one practitioner is $99, and so is the clinic page plus ten.

No, once — at her primary location, which is the one her profile lives under. Working across several of your sites does not multiply her charge.

No. Everyone listed on Pro gets Pro, in full. The $99 is a fact about your invoice and nothing else: it does not change what any individual profile shows, what it is entitled to, or how it appears in the directory. The tenth practitioner at a location paying $99 has exactly the same profile as the first.

No. Nothing in the directory ranks by what you pay. We may one day offer sponsored placement as a separate product, bought separately from these plans — it does not exist today and it is not part of any tier. If it ever ships, it will always be visibly labelled Sponsored, it will never reorder the organic results, and it will never touch a star rating, a review count or a Verified by LC badge.

The ones the plan cards mark "coming soon", and that qualifier is accurate rather than decorative: today that is the embeddable review widget on Max. The weekly performance email was on this list and is not any more — it now sends on Monday morning in your own time zone, with the fuller breakdown from Pro up. Everything listed without the qualifier is what a plan gives you today.

If you are already listed, claim the listing from its own page instead; claiming is free too, checked the same way, and it is what proves the listing is yours before you can change anything on it. Once a listing is yours and published, the plan cards at the top of this page take you to Pro or Max: pick one, we show you what that particular listing costs before anything is charged, and you go through to Stripe from there. Afterwards you can change the card, switch between monthly and annual, or cancel from the billing portal.
